Challenge:

Zagnutz was given the task to create a new online Brand for SF Police Credit Union that would target the broader “First Responders” market. The Credit Union also wanted a more current and aesthetically pleasing visual experience to portray their new Brand.

Another challenge was to create the site on a platform that gave the SFPCU staff the ability to update the site on their own, ensuring current and fresh content. In addition, SFPCU needed to reorganize the site content for optimal usability.

Solution:

Zagnutz worked closely with the Credit Union management to discover their needs. This research ultimately led to using visuals and language consistent with their intended target market of “first responders.” Additionally, the content architecture was reorganized to increase ease of use and to maintain customer satisfaction.

Zagnutz developed the SF Police Credit Union website using the Ektron content management system. The controls of Ektron empower SF Police Credit Union to fully manage their content and provide a solid foundation for future growth and enhancements.

Result:

The result is a website that accurately targets existing members as well as prospective members with search engine optimized pages; a crisp, user friendly design and navigation; and a fully manageable content management system.
